Capital Realty group rebranding promotion video

We are the Latvian sailors who have dreamed of the possibility to sale around the world without stopping at the shore, preferably within the framework of the regatta (Barcelona Race, Vendee Globe, Royal Round the World Race).

The main role of the video is devoted to a Latvian Edgars Simanovičs, who in 2015 carried out by one of the world's most difficult runs - «Spartatlonu». Edgar distance from Athens to Sparta spent 28 hours and 59 minutes, beating a total of 246 km.

Pictures and Movie are telling story about a musicians from Latvia who started their life in Malta by busking on the streets. They had a chance to see people from different cultures with different approach to life. Documenting both artist was as challenging for me as for them to play on the street. Its a search for a meaning of life through the life style what they are having. Central Emotions The project was made for Newspaper Diena exhibition Best photographer of Latvia. Janis woke up at 5 and went to central market to capture emotions of people who was working at this early hour in the market.

Fascinating Malta is shown by John Lust in the way that Engel & Völkers Sara Grech is attracting people to live in Malta.

Janis started to write conversations between him and his friend in Malta who is street musician, he plays Oboe for more then 5 years. All conversations are written in the car while they are driving to and from Valleta, its a capital city of Malta where Toms (Musician) is playing his street music. All the visuals are made based on the conversations between both artists.

Fishing is traditional thing in Malta, Maltese people was a big fishermen country. John went with Paul and his team in adventure to see what Maltes waters hides in them. Paul has more than 2 km of nets in the sea and life time experience in fishing.
